Frequently Asked Questions
Option 1: Private Reservation suited for a single Surf & BJJ occupant (limited reservations available).
Option 2: Double Reservation suited for couples training together, 1 Surf & BJJ guest travelling with non participant or suited for 2 friends wanting to share.
Option 3: Triple/Quad Reservation, share with another 2-3 other participants of the same gender. Keep to a budget, hey you only spend time in the room to sleep anyway!
Option 4: Team Reservation, 5-6 Surf & BJJ occupants, bring a team down from your academy! Best bang for your buck!
All rooms have a safe and access to a common kitchen to prepare your own meals if desired. Enjoy your patio hammock and the comfort of in room air-conditioning.
Travelling with a group or a friend? We will pair you together, let us know and we will try to accommodate.
Travelling alone on a budget? We will pair you with another camp guest of the same gender where possible. We can work out the details togehter. Note the Dorm Room is Co-Ed as is the camp.
Camp reservations are per person.
The training partner can request a double reservation, you can add a non-training guest to the room for an extra $975 this gets them the first night in Panama with breakfast, transportation to and from the resort, stay at Beach break, all breakfasts. You can add the Surf and Wellness package for an extra $375.

We need to get the new persons information and reach out to them regarding the policy. Please see full policy in the below FAQ or hit the yellow button on the bottom of the home page. Be sure to read it with care!
The balance after the deposit of $600 USD is due 60 days (December 1st 2026) out from the start date of the camp. You will be notified prior with reminder emails. Deposits and final payments are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the need to secure: • Guest instructors • Hotel rooms • Transport & vendor bookings • Final payments are Transferable up until 48 hrs prior to Jan 30th 2027
The departure travel day is Febuary 5th 2026, expect an early shuttle to accommodate a variety of fight times, or inquire for extended stays. It's best to book later in the day or evening flights to avoid early morning shuttles. Panama City is 5.5 hours away by suttle plus international travel is recomended that you arrive 3 hours prior.

Failure to meet the final payment deadline can result in losing your deposit and your spot being re-sold to cover costs 🕒 Final Payment – Due December 1st 2026• Full balance is due December 1st 2026 which is 60 Days before the retreat start date of January 30th, 2027. Failing to meet this deadline will result in the loss of your deposit and your spot will be resold. With such a small group we need to make sure we fill the mats and hotel. However if you meet the deadline for payment you can transfer it to a new person up until 48 hrs prior to January 30th 2027.• Final payments are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the need to secure: • Guest instructors • Hotel rooms • Transport & vendor bookings • Final payments are TRANSFERABLE.Guest transfers must be handled by the original buyer. You need to sell your spot or gift it if you like and let us know if you have done so.
