📜 Cancellation & Payment Policy
Booking your dream surf and Jiu-Jitsu retreat with us? Here’s what you need to know:
💳 Deposits (Non-Refundable NO EXCEPTIONS )
The deposit amount is transferable but we need to be informed immediately as the FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE of December 3rd 2025 will still be enforced. We need to get the new persons information and reach out to them regarding the policy.
• BJJ & Surf Guests: $600 USD pp deposit – non-refundable - holds your place
• Non-BJJ/Surf Guests: $400 USD deposit – non-refundable - holds your place

🕒 Final Payment – Due December 3rd 2025 (Non-Refundable NO EXCEPTIONS but TRANSFERABLE )
• Full balance is due December 3rd 2025 which is 60 Days before the retreat start date of February 1st, 2026. Failing to meet this deadline will result in the loss of your deposit and your spot will be resold. With such a small group we need to make sure we fill the mats and hotel. However if you meet the deadline for payment you can transfer it to a new person up until 48 hrs prior to February 1st.
• Final payments are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the need to secure:
• Guest instructors
• Hotel rooms
• Transport & vendor bookings
• Final payments are TRANSFERABLE.
Guest transfers must be handled by the original buyer. You need to sell your spot or gift it if you like and let us know if you have done so. Surfside Grappler Getaways and Beach Break Surf Camp are not involved or liable for those personal transactions.
